The Cloud Forest Lodge guests can enjoy its calm and organic environment and accessibility outdoors. More than 3 miles (5 km) of trails are spread throughout the wooded property where about 180 species of birds are known to reside.

Costa Rica meals carefully prepared delicious style and are available in the friendly restaurant in the lodge, including beef, chicken, fish, soups, salads, desserts and more. The restaurant is open from breakfast to dinner, and is known for its homemade granola and bread. A variety of national and international drinks can be enjoyed at the bar, a point that also serves amazing views of the nearby forest and, in the distance, the Gulf of Nicoya.

Next to the restaurant is a reading area surrounded by windows and equipped with sofas. Whether a member of books, computer or family, this is a perfect place to get cozy and lounge-spend an afternoon.
