Iberostar Laguna Azul is an all-inclusive resort located on the beautiful beach of Varadero, Cuba. Recently opened is the ideal place for families, couples and groups. The small town of Varadero is 17 km and Havana, 160 miles. Varadero International Airport is 40 miles the hotel.
The complex has a total of 814 rooms of which 24 are suites. All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fan, terrace or balcony, private bathroom with tub and shower, hair dryer, scales, telephone, television with cable / satellite, minibar (restocked every two days), coffee maker, safe and iron with ironing board. There are 8 rooms for persons with physical disabilities.
Iberostar Laguna Azul offers 5 restaurants, 8 bars, a nightclub and an ice cream parlor, scattered throughout the property. Meals are served a la carte and buffet, international style, Cuban, Italian or Japanese.

Varadero Cuba is a member city of the municipality of Cardenas, located on the peninsula of Hicacos, Matanzas province 130 kilometers east of Havana. Punta Hicacos Northeast is the most north of Cuba. It is a special territory of the Republic of Cuba. It is the closest point to the United States, is 30 km long of which 22 km are beaches. Bordered on the north by the Straits of Florida, south to the Bay of Cardenas, Cardenas east, west to the Sabana Camagüey cays, with a population of 26 680 inhabitants.
