After breakfast, departure to Guapiles, heading to the La Pavona pier, where we will take a boat that will take us to the Tortuguero National Park. The number of species identified in the Tortuguero National Park is surprising, it is considered one of the richest regions in flora and fauna in Costa Rica, with the largest biological variety. But if Tortuguero National Park is known for something, it is for being the most important area in the entire western half of the Caribbean for green turtle nesting. In the afternoon we will visit an area of the canals near Tortuguero. Lunch, dinner and accommodation at the Lodge.

HALF PENSION. At mid-morning we will board the boat again to begin the return to the local pier and continue by road to the northern plains of Costa Rica. This route offers us beautiful landscapes accompanied by rural towns until we reach La Fortuna de San Carlos. From this town, if the weather conditions are favorable, you will be able to appreciate the country's greatest natural attraction: the Arenal Volcano, which will welcome you with its majestic volcanic cone.
